بتثبيت تطبيق Easy SSH أو استخدامه فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق فلا تستخدم التطبيق.
التطبيق أداة للاتصال بخوادم تملكها أو مصرح لك صراحة بالوصول إليها. يمنع استخدامه للوصول إلى أي نظام دون تصريح، أو لأي غرض مخالف للأنظمة المعمول بها في بلدك أو في بلد الخادم. المسؤولية القانونية عن أي استخدام غير مصرح به تقع على المستخدم وحده.
الطرفية تنفذ ما تكتبه حرفيا على خادمك. الحزم المدمجة للقراءة والمراقبة فقط، لكن أي أمر تكتبه بنفسك قد يغير أو يحذف بيانات. أنت المسؤول الوحيد عن الأوامر التي تنفذها ونتائجها، وعن الاحتفاظ بنسخ احتياطية لخوادمك.
أنت مسؤول عن حماية جهازك ومفاتيحك وكلمات مرورك. إن فقد الجهاز أو سرق فعليك إلغاء مفاتيحه من خوادمك فورا.
يقدم التطبيق «كما هو» و«حسب توفره» دون أي ضمان صريح أو ضمني، بما في ذلك ضمانات الصلاحية لغرض معين أو الخلو من الأخطاء أو استمرارية العمل.
إلى أقصى حد يجيزه النظام، لا يتحمل الناشر أي مسؤولية عن أي خسارة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة، بما فيها فقد البيانات أو توقف الخدمة أو الخسائر التجارية، الناشئة عن استخدام التطبيق أو تعذر استخدامه.
التطبيق واسمه وشعاره ملك للناشر. المكونات مفتوحة المصدر المستخدمة تخضع لتراخيصها الخاصة.
قد نصدر تحديثات تغير المزايا أو هذه الشروط. الاستمرار في الاستخدام بعد التحديث يعني قبول الشروط المحدثة. يمكنك إنهاء الاتفاق في أي وقت بحذف التطبيق.
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.

By installing or using Easy SSH you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app is a tool for connecting to servers you own or are explicitly authorised to access. Using it to access any system without authorisation, or for any purpose unlawful in your country or the server's country, is prohibited. Legal responsibility for unauthorised use rests solely with the user.
The terminal executes exactly what you type on your server. Built-in packs are read-only monitoring commands, but anything you type yourself may change or delete data. You alone are responsible for the commands you run, their results, and for keeping backups of your servers.
You are responsible for protecting your device, keys and passwords. If the device is lost or stolen, revoke its keys on your servers immediately.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, freedom from errors, or uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, including data loss, service interruption or commercial loss, arising from use of or inability to use the app.
The app, its name and logo belong to the publisher. Open-source components are subject to their own licences.
We may release updates that change features or these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
